yes,, once with a smart *** boyfriend who thought it would be funny... until i got my hands in front of me got the key, put the cuffs on him instead......lol...
the second was in the police car when arrested...he was being a real jerk when there was no reason for it...so i did it on the way to the police station, and according to cop rules i guess cuffs are supposed to be behind the person,, so he got in trouble hahahahaha.....

I haven't but my brother, a professional criminal of sorts (although not a very good one since he keeps getting arrested!), has. He said, now remember you have to be limber to do this. All you do is wait until you are in the back of the car, then bow your elbows out and bring your hands down your back, under your butt, bend your knees and pull your hands under then over your feet. Wa-La hands are in front.
LOL after reading the first answer! When my brother got to the jail one of the black "detainees" said "Hey! How come Whitey gets cuffed up front?" Well my brother then told everyone how to do it, they were all starting to do it and the police were NOT happy!!!

Yes, I have. 15 years ago in a police station. I was training to be a Reserve(Volunteer) Police Officer, and I "thought out of the box". When I did it our Lt. said that it was good that I did to show everyone else that it can be done & to keep an eye on the suspect.

Yes, various times when my cousins would hand cuff me with their toy hand cuffs. They still do it sometimes, those toy cuffs are strong!
What does this have to do with dancing?
