Yes, it's very real. Some of the most quiet people are in pain but no one can tell cuz they're very good at hiding it. You know what they say, "People don't get better, they just get better at hiding it."

Yes cause most of the time people don't know my sadness but it is still there. It almost makes the pain even more Real If that makes since.

oh you mean if i feel that someone LITERALLY stuck a dull object in my heart and twisted it slowly til i felt like i could crawl under a rock and cry myself to an oblivion?
i think i can relate. was that specific enough? lost my mom, grandma, mamaw, and my baby in THE SAME YEAR.
so i suppose now it isn't a 'nobody" knows kinda thing. but i feel better putting it out into the void
