Try Icing (it's a store from the Claire's company, but it sells different stuff from Claire's). Also check out Aeropostale, Target, Kohls, and Deb's. Hope this helps.

Try the flea markets, there are a bunch of up amd comers that make jewelry that is exquisite and reasonable. Thats where my daughter started and now makes jewelry that I cant afford to buy anymore. I depend on gifts.
