I'm usually up at this time of the morning , had a good day but I don't go to sleep before 4:00a.m. I'm retired and I can afford to sleep in as much as I like .

I have a bone disease that is very painful and sometimes I only get a few hours sleep. The PC has become the only person I know through the years, thank goodness for it. And, you people here, thank you all for helping me keep my sanity.

honestly,i suffer from bouts of insomnia and i'm trying a couple of drinks to put me to sleep but it's not working,so here i am,sure it's not the most exciting q but it's honest
tell me about it ,my body is tired but my mind just won't shut down...poor little old us!
