i dont like the feel of it. If there is a charge to the client, it tends to be a bad deal for them. As fast as direct deposit is with the IRS, the taxpayer is better off just waiting the 7-10 and getting the direct deposit.

The question I'd have is a matter of whose account the checks are drawn on, and how does the money get into it in the first place?

If you stick your neck out and write people income tax refunds out of your own pocket, you're setting yourself up for problems when just one of them gets a refund from you, and then you learn that they actually filed two weeks ago at another office.

sounds fishy - how are they supposed to be able to get their money back that fast-That can usually only be done as a loan. Whose bank account is connected to the checks? The IRS's? something doesn't sound right to me - I wouldn't spend a dime with them without some serious research, which may even be tainted

Oh right. We'll sell you a program for $600 to print fake checks. That's funny. I've got land in Alaska to sell ya.

To give instant refunds, you have to go through a financial institution, not just print the checks. I'd be very cautious of getting involved with this one - sounds like you might be being scammed.
