if the kids were all born by those parents it kind of upsets me... there are already sooo many kids out there who need homes. if they wanted that many kids they should have adopted some...not had more. it makes me feel bad saying that but seriously...

My uncle has about 7 or so kids, we don't know because it seems like he has a new one every time we talk about him, but he has two older girls, and then all babies under 6. Personally, I have no problem with people like that, if they want a lot of children, they have to deal with them, not us as society. We're not changing their diapers or paying their college dorm fund, so I don't see why it should be our problem.
My dad had 6 kids, my mom had five, (I have a half-brother). So I guess I can put this in here. My family is large and people get shocked when I tell them how many siblings I have. One of my friends calls my dad a "pimp," only as a joke, but sometimes I think he's serious? I think, hey, if we can afford to live and eat and have fun times, there shouldn't be a problem with other people as long as we don't bother them.

I'd say, in this day and age, exponential reproduction is extremely selfish and irresponsible. We are running out of space and resources on our little planet, and families should limit their own size.
Also, it's hard enough to spend quality one-on-one time with one child, how many of those multiples of offspring are either not receiving the attention they need from their parents or being raised by their siblings? Having your older children act as built-in babysitters is unfair, unless it is on the rare occasion and rewarded with pay as if that child were babysitting for a job.
I actually would like to see many more people have one or two kids, or opt out of reproduction and adopt instead; there are many kids out there that need homes and stable families.

I dated a guy who was youngest of twelve. His brother now has 13 children, all either adopted or from his wife's first marriage. They love children and family. He takes care of every one of them.

if you can afford the kids and are married, i have no problem. when you have kid after kid with no job, no husband/wife and rely on the gov to take care of your brats thats where i grow an issue.

They're idiots and they don't care that their children are kicking hell out my car or shouting abuse at strangers in the street.
There is a family in our street with 6 kids and they run riot.
