Im still working on that....but i think the best first step one can always take is for one to start facing one's own fears....even if you face it one day and then feel like hiding from them again the next day, its okay, because its a slow process...and fighting one's demons takes time, but the fact that you took that first step, no matter how big or small that might be...it speaks volumes about your inner strength. :)
