Do you own an umbrella? if you do then would yo uplease describe it????

To be honest i have never owned one......what should i look for in procuring one?????

Look I am originally from Hawaii, so I was raised differently, shoes off most of the time, no umbrella and a holiday and song at every turn......making memories and talking stories as we say there......in any event, how about you in the world of umbrellas?

I've never owed one myself but did use one once, didn't like the concept.
While I was in Seattle I did wear one of those umbrella hats for three days though. Was just too bizarre even for me.

I have several and rarely use any of them. But my favourite is an old fashioned full size umbrella with a point and a stitched leather handle. It's black and very British looking!

I have a regular umbrella (old fashioned) that is navy blue with glow-in-the-dark stars and moons on it.


You should find a sturdy one that does not blow inside out in a slight breeze..

I have 4 actually, because I usually don't have one when I need one, so I buy new ones at the drug store for like 3€. The oldest one is kinda red-pink color, the 2nd is black, khaki and pink, the 3rd one is khaki and the last one I bought is black.

It's a huge one -- the kind that belongs on patio furniture. It's difficult to carry around, unless it's open -- then it's light as a feather.

Mine is black but I don't use it often. Just keep it in the car and use if there is a down pour. Mine has a little button on it and you press it and it pops open.
