It looks like it is missing a crucial adjective. It perhaps should be: Have you ever gotten really DRUNK?

Sunah,
You just don't get it, do you? Hasn't your mother ever sent you to the store to pick up a package of really. Or maybe even the loose ones. I like those a little better because you get to pick out the ones that look the juiciest and freshest. Of course a lot of times they don't have loose ones so you have to buy a package but your mom didn't tell you what brand of really she really liked so there you are standing in Home Depot looking at all the reallys and what do you do? Well, if you've got a cell phone you can call home and find out which brand of really to buy. Or, you can just grab one of the packages of really and take it home. But, I wouldn't do that because it may be the wrong size really or the wrong color really and I can guarantee you it will be. And then you'll have to return it and you know that like swim suits, the stores really don't like to take really back. The Home Depot is especially strict about this since the big really incident that happened last year with the Catholic priest, the two old maids and the squirrel.

So, really you really have to know your really really well before you head downtown to buy really. Really!

Looks like a typo.

Either that or it was written by someone that thinks they are pretty clever.

I'd put down "maybe" and move on.

I'd just put " how am I supposed to know"
