i am 16 and just got my california drivers license. i know of the new law that says i cant drive anyone under the age of 25 untill a year after being licensed, however if my parent rites a note and their parents rite a note is it ok? can i carpool them to school? can i drive my sister with a note?

No.

A note never killed anybody, but statistics show that teens have accidents when driving other teens or kids in the car.

You're probably the exception to the rule, but you'll have to wait a year like everyone else before carpooling or helping your sister.

No. The new law does not provide for that option.

Be safe, let someone else drive her to school.
