Aaron Gibson has been tagged the heaviest player in the NFL for the past several years. he's an offensive Guard for the Buffalo Bills now after having been traded several times. He's 6'6" and his weight is usually between 370 and 390 pounds.
tackle, Jonathan Ogden of the Ravens would have to be the tallest. He is 6'9" and weighs about 350

The biggest person I know of is Marcus McNeill, a OT for the Chargers. He's 6'7" and weighs 336 pounds, though I can't say if that makes him the biggest or not.

I'm preeeeeeettty sure Ted Washington is the heaviest at 365 lbs
and the tallest I think is Max Starks at 6'8"

I don't know who is the biggest player but, at 6'4" and, 285 Lbs, the biggest Quarterback by far is, Jared Lorenzen from the Giants. (KENTUCKY)
