I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but I'll try to help anyway.

I usually write in bound books, because I have a bad habit of misplacing loose pieces of paper. (I am always "losing" my to-do-list, and such). I keep my writing book on my bedside table; it's really a filing cabinet, because my bedroom is also my office. (I work from home).

I keep my full writing books on a bookcase.

Now, I also have somethings I have written that I have typed (instead of writing with a pen). I store these pieces on my hard-drive, and on a USB flash stick "thingy". (As you can tell, I am not very computer savvy).

In addition, I have folders full of not-as-organized-as-they-should-be thoughts, false-starts, ideas, and partial pieces, because (let's face it) you can't carry your writing book with you EVERYWHERE.

I hope this helps.

God Bless, and keep on writing.

I keep everything on my computer with back up discs. I also have everything handwritten or original copies of anything I've written in file boxes in my office. The coolest thing is now I have an office to keep all this in, rather than my bedroom.

I assume your talking about actual writing on paper, in which I would tell you really anyplace you'd like to keep it. In whatever room you mainly write, in a drawer or file or folder...its really up to you.
