Freedom of speech would make neo-cons uneasy if neo-cons were in the majority. Then again, that could apply to any radical fringe.

For the meantime, it's a useful tool for them to gain a platform for disseminating their misleading and dangerous ideology.

Help! Help! I'm being oppressed by neoconservatives!

To answer your question: no it doesn't. It's actually the Liberals that usually have a problem with people having free speech. I think the mindless arguments and questions like this one from the two parties are entertaining to watch though.

You should come to the enlightened side of free thinkers and stop worrying about attacking people by label and what your party wants you to think.

No it doesn't but limits on speech like the supposed "Fairness Doctrine" are violations of the freedom of speech right that many on the far left want to put in place because they can not stand conservatives having freedom of speech.

It can make Liberals uneasy as well and have you noticed how they end in mutual hate speech.

Intelligent arguments and not profanity should be the goal.

There are NeoConservatives and NeoLiberals that have a narrow point of view.

Not at all! It's the conservatives' position so support freedom of speech except in lewd or inappropriate forms in the wrong places. It's the neocons' position to push current policies toward more conservative positions. In this respect a neocon is more of an activist than a typical conservative. We very much support freedom of speech.

Last I checked, it wasn't the neocons trying to censor political free speech with the fairness doctrine. The fairness doctrine itself is what makes me uneasy. I don't mind Air America at all. I listen to it sometimes to remind me how silly the far left is. They really are neoLiberals because they do nothing but talk about Bush, Cheney, Bush, Cheney, etc.

No, not at all. We encourage it.
Thats why we fight so hard to prevent Liberals from taking it away from America.
Guess you missed all those Liberal Polititians trying to do away with it.
Don't worry though. We will protect for you too.

The only thing that makes neoconservatives and conservative uneasy is the sheer ignorance of the left to try and stifle that freedom.
