Your town will have a radiator shop that can tell you your options. They maybe able to re-weld it, but at your car's age it's a fools game - just replace it. I am sure there are replacement radiators for your car - it's a very common model. If they want more than $300 for the repair, get a second opinion.
You can also replace it yourself. It's not that hard if you hae hand tools and basic mechanical aptitude. Your car is 20 years old, so I do not recommend getting a radiator from a scrapyard - that radiator is also going to be 20 years old. Call around to a couple of auto parts places, or search on google.

I'm sure an auto store can order you one or you can find a radiator shop that can make you a new one, I had a larger radiator made for my 67 chevelle at a radiator shop and the price was $225.

Do you know enough about auto repair to take out the radiator??? If no look in the phone for radiator repair new and used. Needs to be clean out the old radiator to find out if it still serviceable. It gets repaired and installed and pay the man.. If not purchase the new radiator and pay the man..Most shops remove and install....

I did a google search for " discount radiators " and bought one for my 92 Ranger for $99 shipped. I bought it from either "radiatorstores.com" or "discountradiator.com", can't remember which. That was 7 years ago, still works fine.

Autozone or your other FLAPS should have Ford parts, but it may take a day or two for them to get it.
Or you can order it off the net.

Look in your area yellow pages, for a salvage yard, sometimes they have used parts in stock, or can order ones that are universal to your specific part.
