I have a bet going with someone about who did Heartache Tonight first...One of us says it was The Eagles while the other says Conway Twitty. Which of us is right? Please give me links so that I can show the other person and we can settle our bet!

Glenn Frey and Don Henley(both Eagles members) with Bob Seger and JD Souther all wrote this tune. The Eagles recorded it in 1979. The Conway Twitty version was done in 1983.
