I cannot quit yelling at him. I tried exercising to let out the agression. Now, my feet are covered in blisters. It is late and he is in bed. I have to be still. I do not know how to calm down.

Sleep on the couch. Rethink why you are so angry. If it something that is bothering in the morning, set a reasonable time of day to discuss the issue. No yelling, no profanity, and no blaming. Agree that if things become heated you will take a break. Forgive and move on. Good relationships are hard work.

You do not have to be still, just because he's in bed if he's the source of your anger. I'd go to a hotel for the evening and let him wake up without you so that he realizes how angry you are.

You can get a grip on your anger if that's what you really want to do. It's simply a matter of choice and self-control. Please decide if that's what you truly desire or would you rather spend a little more time with this negative emotion?
Ultimately, it's all up to you!

Try to trace back in your mind the first time you felt this way. Your partner might have done something incredibly stupid, but imagine your anger is not provoked by him, but by someone in your past who did something similar to you. Recognizing the patterns might help you put your anger in proper perspective.

Well, what did he do to make you so mad. is it really worth being miserable over? ya know you choose to be mad. try and talk it over with him and let him know how you feel. but try not to yell, that will get you no where. if you cant help it but to yell then write a note to him. i dont know what he did but you should try to forgive him.
well i hope everything works out.
:) smile God loves you!

First figure out if what you are so angry about is worth all the energy you are putting into it. If not then I guess you have to get over it soon.
