well, i would have to say that being a mother of three myself , i recomend for one of you < if you are in a marriage situation> to make it "OFICIAL" THAT YOU DO NOT WANT TO HAVE ANYMORE KIDS AND PROCEDE WITH SOME KIND OF MORE PERMANANENT METHOD OF BIRTH CONTROL. I HAD MY SECOND CHILD WHILE I WAS STILL NURSING THE FIRST , SO THEY ARE EXACTLY 12 MONTHS AND A WEEK APRT, AND THREE YEARS AFTER THAT GOT PREGNANT WHILE ON THE PILL, SO BE CAREFUL, THE ONLY THING THAT WORKED FOR US WAS TO HAVE HIM GETTING A VASECTOMY AND BE EXTRA CAREFULLL FEW MONTHS AFTER THAT TO MAKE SURE

Yes. No birth control (except abstinence) is 100%.

Yes, of course. As there are no 100% and accidents do occur.
