50% of bush' agenda has been completed. History will show that he was the first to take the necessary step in standing up to an idealogy that will come close to destroying the world. And it appears he came just in time, if not too late already. Luckily for him though the American people stood up and reclaimed their country, the silent majority spoke and destroyed his plans to collapse the borders. so i'd say yeah 50%

Since I do not know his enitre agenda, then I can't really answer that.

I would like to hope that he has accomplished a lot of what he wanted, given all that has happened during his time in office.

Negative 50%. He's gone about 100 steps backward from what he was trying to accomplish.

In 2003, More than 4 years ago, he said the fighting in IRAQ was over. That was only the beginning.

Now, entire villages are being wiped out by these radicals.

Social Security and fixing health care. He has a good plan to fix health care and social security. The Democrats went ape shitt when he wanted to touch their precious petty cash box and began their campaign telling all the retireees that they would have no more money at allo.
