Health Care is free and a number of other things, And I have to move there soon..... I want to know if me and my family will have access to this.......

After you have lived in the same province for 90 days you will usually get your health coverage. You don't need to be a citizen, landed immigrant status will be OK. If you move to another province you may have to wait for 90 days until you are covered.

Health care is not really free. We pay a health tax which is deducted by the employer. This is in Ontario.

Other provinces has something similar.

There is no free lunch in Canada.
