Auditions are few and far between. We were fortunate to have an audition with Disney this past Friday. It was a wonderful experience. We had to drive to LA from Las Vegas.

you need an agent Sag agent. You need to have a resume with training on it, skills on it, and experience on it. Of course if the Disney does an open call, you can get an audition w/out an agent. You will still have to bring a pic and resume to the audition.

Resume
Submit yourself to Sag Agents where you are
Hopefully they will call you and sign you.
They know and have all the legit tv, film, and theater auditions
For example Disney could be holding auditions tomorrow. Even maybe for your type, but you won't know that, because they send their audition information to the Agents usually the day before. The Agents call all of the little boys and girls that are signed with them that fit the profile. They tell them to pick up the script and prepare for the audition. The girls and boys practice the day before they go to the audition. You won't know this, because you are not signed with an agent. Disney does not normally send who they need for their shows to regular people or the Internet. If they need a girl or boy tomorrow they let the agents know the day before.
So if you want to audition for Disney or Nick.......try to get an agent.

Disney is huge, and you need to be better than everybody else to get into the business. Start with smaller goals, like auditioning for more plays, even those in your community rather than your school, commercials, ect. Get an acting coach, and try to get into events where you could meet people who could help you along with a career and become friendly with them. Once people can see your potential, you'll have a better chance of landing an agent. Good luck!

In my opinion you need two resources. One is the excellent information about disney provided by the answerer oncameratalent.
The second is what I can offer you. I answer questions often here on answers.yahoo and have put together a 36-page free ebook that you can download from my website for new and aspiring actors. Just go to http//www.actingcareerstartup.com , sign in and you can download it for free or read it online.
In addition, I have created another page on the site about the specifics of getting an agent.
With this information, I believe you will be all set!
Good luck and may all your dreams come true!
