Yes it is , not all of Liverpool is bad and its not like your going to be there for the rest of your life.

I was going to say, the Liberty Park area for students, yes it is ok, modern, i think its wardened too

most student places are safe to live, Liverpool isn't the big scary place its made out to be you know!
