Its location can be approximated from rivers mentioned in scripture.
Genesis 2:10 Now a river flowed out of Eden to water the garden; and from there it divided and became four rivers.
The four rivers mentioned are:
Pishon
Gihon
Tigris
Euphrates
The last two rivers are known today.
If we look at the land between the Tigris and the Euphrates Rivers for the possible location of the Garden of Eden, that would put it in what is present day Iraq or possibly Syria or Turkey.
However the garden will not be found there today. It was apparently destroyed in the worldwide flood in the days of Noah.

the unique region became in all likelihood interior the component to Iraq. "And a river went out of Eden to water the backyard; and from thence it became parted, and grew to alter into into 4 heads. The call of the 1st is Pison: it is it which compasseth the finished land of Havilah, the place there is gold; And the gold of that land is physically powerful: there is bdellium and the onyx stone. And the call of the 2nd river is Gihon: the comparable is it that compasseth the finished land of Ethiopia. And the call of the 0.33 river is Hiddekel: it is it which goeth in direction of the east of Assyria. And the fourth river is Euphrates. (Genesis 2:10-14 KJV)" yet no count the place it became it became someplace in Arabia so Missouri is a great no as a region.

Haha, I've always wondered where the mythical Garden of Eden was actually supposed to be. Of course, it is probably somewhere in north Africa or the Middle East.

It is thought to be in Iraq. But the Great Flood washed it away.
For all I know it could be in the USA or Antartica

There is no such thing. Religion is man made and another tool to control people, their actions and the world.
