I'm just talking about the pill I mean I have horror stories via friends who where on it and they have had side effects such as: Odd Smell adnin some cases when piriods do happen Extreame Cramps.
Condoms don't bother me I just get scared like What if it slips or breaks?

Wake up, the morning after pill is a form of BIRTH CONTROL. It's not supposed to be used every time someone has sex. It'll cause some bad side effects. However, if you are ever in a situation and REALLY need it, you can go to nearly any pharmacy if you're over 18 and get it... however it costs around $50. So having sex in your case will be very expensive... just do us all a favor and just use a condom.
Edit-
Thanks for the new info.. sorry to be so mean before lol. I'd talk to your doctor and see what would be right for you. I mean you can always try taking a birth control pill and see how it effects you as it effects everyone differently, most of my friends are on it for various reasons and no one has had much of an issue. I actually got on the pill when I was 14 because I had such bad cramps, they'd be so bad I would vomit the first 24 hours of my period, I'm almost 21 now and haven't had any problems with the pill.

If you are afraid of birth control, but dont want to become pregnant....why not just NOT have sex? That would be alot easier! No worry about using birth control and also no worry of getting pregnant. The morning after pill is not a regular prescription. You would only take it if you feel you may have conceived a child after having sex. Theres 3 ways that it can work:
1:Ovulation is inhibited, meaning the egg will not be released;
2: The normal menstrual cycle is altered, delaying ovulation;
3: It can irritate the lining of the uterus so that if the first and second actions fail, and the woman does become pregnant, the human being created will die before he or she can actually attach to the lining of the uterus.
The morning after pill is basically a mega-dose of birth control pills.
Also....aside from pregnancy there are sexually transmitted diseases that you can get from having sex.

Why are you scared of birth control. It's so EASY. I've been taking the pill for years and have never had a problem! No weight gain, no nausea, no headaches, no unwanted pregnancies, NOTHING! Give it a try, you'll be surprised how simple it is to take a pill daily (or get a shot, or a ring, or an IUD, etc.). Most of these methods, if taken correctly are 99% effective.
The morning after pill is a prescription used when YOU forget to use any type of protection at all (no condom, no birth control). I believe it is only 80% effective.
Call your doctor, make an appt, let them know of your concerns, and make a decision.

There is a morning after pill... but if you are under 18 your parents have to know. You can try calling it in at the doctors, but they may tell you that your parents have to get it for you. under 18 needs an Rx. Just get on the pill. Yasmin is a good that I have liked. You still need the guy to wear a condom every time!!! Not only can you get pregnant... but what about STDs. Some are curable, and some are not.

Why are you terrified of BC? The morning after pill is NOT a birth control device.. If you are that afraid of BC than maybe you shouldn't be having sex... I'm much more afraid of being pregnant than of BC.... So, I would suggest to you that you have your partner use a condom EVERYTIME and that you use a VCF or vaginal contraceptive film.. Which you DON'T need a perscription for, it's cheap and very effective.. There's no taste,smell or cleaning up... You just insert it BEFORE intercourse and it last for 6-7 hours... That should help you NOT become pregnant.. You can get VCF at planned parenthood along with condoms... Or at any drugstore...Good luck

the Birth Control Pill is the EXACT same thing as the morning after pill, just a higher dosage... so you would get side effects the same as you would with the daily pill, just for a shorter period of time and it may effect you worse because the pill has such a high dosage.

The morning after pill is NOT regular birth control. It is NOT 100% effective, in fact it is less effective than regular birth control and is only 85% at best. It is used to bring on a "mini period" which flushes the uterin lining along with a fertilized ovum out of the uterus thus preventing that fertilized ovum to grow into a zygote/embryo/fetus. It does NOT prevent fertilization nor does it prevent ovulation. IF the morning after pill is not taken properly or if it doesn't work you are STILL pregnant after fertilization. Under 18 you get it by prescription only and your parent's consent is required to get the prescription. My advice to you is if you don't want to get pregnant you either us regular birth control and condoms or simply do NOT have sex at all.

Yes there is a morning after pill - but this should be used as a last resort - not used as a contraceptive in itself. The doses in it are a lot higher than an actual contraceptive pill. You say you are 'terrified' of birth control - what....even a condom? Whats scary about them?

If you are not responsible enough of taking the pill or having an IUD, or taking the Depo shot, or some other form of birth control then you are not responsible enough to be having sex. The morning after pill is only for emergencies.
