It's especially bad when I'm in a back seat.
I know it helps to look at the road instead of reading, but is there something I can take that will help?

Put down all the windows in the car and get some air into the car.

Yes.
There's a drug I take called Dramamine.
It totally gets rid of all sickness.
For boats, cars, planes, you name it.
It's fairly cheap too.
It's also something you can pick up at a local store. There's no need for prescriptions.

Dramamine works, but will knock you out. Try Bonine--also available at any drug store, same effectiveness, but you won't fall asleep. good luck!
