Hate to disagree with the first poster, but...Washington's cabinet had only four members:

Secretary of State (Thomas Jefferson)
Secretary of the Treasury (Alexander Hamilton)
Secretary of War (Henry Knox)
Attorney General (Edmund Randolph)

Secretary of State
