The most intelligent person in the world would probably never let himself or herself be identified, one can move more freely in the world if they are not pestered by curiosity seekers.

It depends on how the intelligence is measured.
To me the individual who can solve the most problems and be of most service to humanity is the most intelligent.

I think it's my dog Luna. She knows when she needs to crap and she tells me by gesturing like a crazy dog, and that's more intelligence than most humans (especially babies).
