I would try walking. I have heard spicy foods can kick things along, not sure if that is just an old wives tale though.
Sex too can stimulate things.
But take it easy and don't over exert anything. I'm sure it seems as if that baby will go to college in your womb, lol but trust me she will be with you soon. As long as the environment in the womb is still pleasant, ie the placenta is good and the docs aren't concerned let her "bake" :P The doctors will keep a close eye on you and pull the plug if she really is playing a stalling game with you.
Good Luck with the upcoming delivery and CONGRATS.

nope those are all myths. Most women do not have their waters break until in active labor and even then alot of times the doctor will break the membranes since it hasn't happened already.
If you're pregnancy is term then walking will use gravity to help the baby get deeper into your pelvis in position for delivery.
Also it is a proven fact that there are hormones in sperm that will help "ripen" your cervix which will help lead to labor.
The thing is if the baby is not ready to come none of this will help get things going. You have to wait for that little imp to decide when it will make an appearance!

Just wait until you get into labor and your doctor breaks your water. Dont be too keen on having your membranes brake without at least been on labor and somewhat dilated, because once the water is broken you have 4 to 6 hours to get the baby out any longer and you're running a high risk of infection.

We all go through this. right at the end, all you feel like you can do is sit around on your larger then normal butt and feel huge! but remember, we ALL go through this and the simple fact is you just have to wait till baby is ready! and if baby just doesn't want to be ready then the doc will help out. go for walks, try and take your mind off it. of cause theres lots of things you can try but in the end i dont think its anything you do, but whenever that little bump is ready to make an apperience! hang in there and enjoy the last few days or weeks you have left of being pregnant!!!

Potatoes - like to smash 'em up before mixing with sauce/gravy/or ingredients :) gives me pleasure French fries - like to stir it with chili + tomato sauce, else sometimes I enjoy using the spoon n put ice cream on it esp. at Mc D's. =).... Rice/stir fried noodles - I always make a hole in the middle to cool it down. I've a bad habit of licking my spoon and stacking the plates & utensils up. I think post effects of playing lego & transformers as a kid. LOL Sometimes I still play with my food while cooking & before or while eating it making faces or shapes.

Besides having sex, you should stimulate your nipples for about 20 minutes at a time and drink raspberry tea. Raspberry tea, along with sperm with soften your cervix and thin it out. Stimulating your nipples can cause the start of contractions. I did all 3 and that next morning i was in labor at 3am

Non harmful way to do damage. That is what you are saying. Yes but no.
If you walk alot you stretch and loosen up the calf muscles which will make delivery that much easier. If the baby ain't ready, it ain't ready. It is this time that it is getting the last important nutrients to have a healthy life. Don't care whether you are impatient. Do you want the baby in an oxygen tent because the lungs are not fully developed yet?
