By being a "convenient" friend, do you mean someone that your friends call when there is no one else to hang out with and they know you have time...? Well, in that case....yeah, sadly i have been the "convenient" friend quite a lot then.

You mean like, someone is only my friend because no one else is around? Then yeah. I've been one of those a few times. I had a friend a couple years ago who would call me every once in a while and say "i am so incredibly bored and there's no else around, let's do something". Yeah that feels good.

Yea I truly have thats the kind of freind that only wants a freind when they need something or just when there around other people oh thats my freind but dont know you hardly at all. But a true conveinte freind is only a freind when its conveiant for them oh especialy when they want something.....

To one guy. I stopped being friends with him when he started drinking too much and had an attitude problem. He didn't like me leaving him and started behaving even more like a pig afterwards. Sad pathetic little man.

oh yes. you mean the friend that gets 'put down' to make the other feel better? yes. I just get rid of them - free your energy for more worthwhile tasks !

so many times that i am so not open to meeting new friends because I think they will put me in that situation...
but then again that's nobody'a fault but my own..

i should toughen up & not let people step on me like that...

yeah and i miss it no feelings mean no hurt involved now i am in a seriuos relationship and i get hurt all the time
