I've had really good luck with weight watchers. It's very easy to follow and once you have the initial materials, you can do it on your own without paying for meetings. Every doctor I've gone to agrees that it is the ONLY healthy way to lose weight because it teaches you to make healthy choices. Good luck!!

I have my own special diet plan that works everytime. Nothing drastic and very healthy and simple. I've never quite figured it out...but If I want to loose 10 lbs...all I have to do is start taking my multi-vitamins again...and the weight just comes off. Weird, huh?

Sorry. No diets here. Just eat healthier and try to get as much organic foods as possible. Diets don't usually work, as most have told me.

I'll exercise... Wanna play tag? LOL

I count calories and just make up my own plan. I've done the Weight Watchers program before, so I know what to do.
