I sure do, that is why I buy the album rather than just the single. Sometimes I buy both because there are tracks on the single that are not included on the album - this is in cases of where I adore the artist(s) and want to have everything by them.

depends. sometimes the hit songs are the only good songs on the whole CD and you may as well just get the single or download one song. But most of the time, i agree that the best songs are the ones that don't get big. I usually like the deeper, more poetic songs that aren't poppy or mainstream enough to get played on the radio or MTV.

Hi Question Queen! All the time, and even better ha ha ha, I make music myself in my studio ha ha ha, and have done so for aeon's of time. Ha ha ha, sorry got a little distracted here, I was ready with my first CD back in `92 ha ha ha, and have made a ton of music after that, never took and released anything though, how pitiful are that? ha ha ha, well but I agree with you, most music out of the main hits stream, have a lot more to say, so to speak. There are so much good music out there that don`t get the attention they so deserve because they are not in the right place at the right time. Many great bands will never get out of their cellar because the main stream is the law, or so it seems. The Internet have changed that a bit, and the future are brighter than for a long time. You can get your music out, and people can find it. Anyway, I liked your question. It sure made me realize how fast the time actually goes. Better give myself a big kick behind and get some of my homegrown music out there, how bad can it be? ha ha ha, well, they won`t kill me I guess, ha ha ha. Have a great life, peace and love from Norway

Usually... there are a lot of albums I have that I listen to the whole thing, or most of it, even if the other songs aren't "hits"... you know?

I find that I like the songs that I don't hear over and over on the radio more, there seems to be more to them. I have found some real jems for emotional states in non hit songs. They seem to say it better more often than not

If I buy the cd I listen to the whole thing. Gotta get your money's worth. I usually find a song or 2 that I absolutely love even more than the one that I bought the cd for.

why would a buy an album if i wasnt going to listen to the other songs?
i even like to pick songs that arent hits as favorites so i can convince people to listen to a band/musician.

Yep. The hits can get old fast, usually the others are great songs that won't really get old.
