In Britain - less than 10 years ago it was reported that a family of an African father and British mother gave birth to a set of twins and one of the twins was white.

It can happen. A white couple can also have a black child, and probably the other way around.

Yes, and a black child if the woman is white.
There are many people who are white that could trace their history back to the slave traffic. I know many people who have black features but white skin, but they are not aware of it.
It could cause many problems.
Thank goodness for DNA testing.

yes. my friend has two children from a black man. one child looks bi-racial, the other child looks white has blonde hair and blue eyes just like her mother.

Yes its all dependant on the combination of chromosomes etc but yes its totally possible and happens quite often.

Yes, it can happen. Not usual but it can, also children who are born looking pretty white can darken as they get older.
