I think Armor all is the culprit. It may have caused the stains... But I am hoping someone has discovered an inexpensive solution!

I hate to tell you this but most of those spots are caused by sneezes or uncovered coughs.

Been in the car business a long time have seen this on light levels to absolutley gross levels.

Since it is your car you shouldnt be too grossed out by it.

Try a washcloth with a warm solution of dish/hand soap & water, rub it gently until it looses and comes off. Don't rub it too hard because the cloth can cause fine scratches on the clear plastic and give it a cloudy appearance.

actually armor all won't do that you could drink armor all. It is air freshener, cologne or ethanol based cleaner something that eats into the plastic. Other than rubbing compound and elbow grease which may make the instrument panel lens look worse if done improperly. Try to buy a new lens My GTP Pontiac lens was $85 dollars and sure looked great!
