check the Small Business Administration website at http://www.sba.gov - they have a number of resources, including an online tutuorial, to help you through the process.

The short answer to your question is that you cannot get it from anywhere. The Memorandum & Articles of Association (M&A) is, if you like the rules that govern the running of an individual company. In theory every company's M&A could be different. In fact most companies M&A will look much the same. Someone else has suggested buying a company through one of the online agencies. If you did that they would supply you with a set of documents for the company you were buying which would normally include an M&A. These companies are known as "off the shelf" . This means that they are cheap but usually you cannot choose the name. You have to pay more for the agency to give you the exact name you want. Remember this will take time because the agency has to go through a number of legal steps to get you the name you want (if it available and legal). I would say that in the long run the cheapest way is not necessarily the best. Take time to get the setting up of your company right. In the long run it will save you a lot of grief.

I think you may be able to buy a basic company starting pack in WHS, but do check it out. You can also buy them on the web for not too much now either, they do the whole thing setup and fees for you included in the price online and it does work out cheaper (just type in "company formation" into google.
