Yes the closet is a doorway into the netherworlds where monsters and demons and in rare cases good fairies exist. Its true. Just look at the little girl from narnia.

It is Skeletons in the closet
Our inner demons or monsters
It is things that we have done wrong or can't except so we pack them away in the closet
However they don't stay there
Sooner or later they have to come out and be dealt with

The only monster in my wife's Closet is her Clothes Horse, and she can wipe out a weeks wages in a single shopping trip.......that is monstrous.
