he eats ,plays and goes to the bathroom just fine , what can i do to cure his little eye......

it might be an infection. take him to the vet and change the bedding to something with less dust.

You could call the vet and speak to someone there about it. When my cat had an eye infection the nurse there gave me advise on what i can do at home and then if that didn't help to bring her in. Give that a try.

it might be nothing to worry about. one time, one of my gerbils had red around his eye and i got so worried that something was wrong with him. but it turns out, it was just tears from probably getting dust in his eye and it was not a big deal.
call the vet to make sure though.
