In the real world, a man such as Batman could not exist. Batman knows more fighting styles than any other human. Batman knows magic and illusion. Batman knows engineering in mechanics, electrical/electronics and chemistry. Basically Batman always wins because he is the hero of his comic.
A man such as Bourne is also unbelievable, but not to the extent of Batman. Such a question is like who would win between a caveman and modern man? The caveman is ultra tough. Modern man is smart. We'll never know the answer to some of these questions. Go with Bourne because Batman is just too unbelievable.

I love them both, and TDK was awesome, but I'm probably going to give the slight edge to Bourne. Why? Because Batman isn't a killer, and throughout the three Bourne movies, I have never seen Bourne get knocked down to the point of unconsciousness even through the worst physical conditions. So theoretically, there is no possible way for Batman to win this, unless he finally steps over the line of good. If not, Bourne would probably win, but he'll probably walk away banged up worst then any of the fights in the Bourne movies.

If you put both these mythical characters in the same universe and put them in a room to fight to the death, Bruce Wayne would win every time. Even without his utility belt Bruce is a far more skilled fighting machine than Jason Bourne. Bruce Wayne has honed his body to the peak performance and is considered the world's best athelete. He could take out Jason Bourne and any other black ops assassin that the CIA would throw at him. Also Bruce has the edge in mental ability being the world's greatest detective. He would be able to out-think Jason as wall as phyisically best him. The true question is how would Jason Borne stack up against James Bond? I would think Jason would win that confrontation.

In the DC universe, Batman is even more skilled than Bourne, having mastered over 100 forms of hand-to-hand combat. Take the toughest, most skilled fighters the government or military has, and Batman is equally good. Plus he's got a utility belt full of gadgets. Keep in mind that Batman doesn't just fight street thugs, he tangles with mutated, cybernetic super-powered foes as well, without the benefit of any super-powers of his own. He relies on outsmarting them to win.

Well if it was head on combat Batman would win, he'd just through a bat grenade, smoke bomb or just kick his butt. But if it wasn't really head on then Jason would win because he could just snipe Batman and kill him before he could say "Who's Jason Bourne".
