I'm 16 and have no acting experience but soon that will change and i really want to be an actor on something like the disney channel but I know I need an agent, how much do they hire for?

There is no way you can get an agent with no experience. Agents want the very best actors and the very best looking people who can compete with the best actors in the world. Why would they want an ineperienced nobody? Agents are not just sitting around out there waiting for nobodies to come give them a chance to make them stars. Instead of magicians, they are businessmen who have to compete with real talent. So they don't charge anything, unless they are scammers, and they are very picky about who they represent.

Agents don't cost money!!! Get experience and take some acting classes, build your resume, and then when your ready look for an agent!!!
