I think there would be less accidents if all drunk drivers were herded near a ravine and pushed over the edge. Then we could call it an "accident".

Otis wasn't driving. He was too drunk to even walk so was given a bed in the jail for the night. And, by the way, since accidents can be counted it's fewer rather than less.

Yes, I would. Of course, on the rare occasions I do drink, I don't drive. I'm not taking a chance with my life, or those of strangers by getting behind the wheel even slightly impaired

Otis was the town drunk... there was NEVER NEVER NEVER an episode where he was driving...CORRECTION... DRIVING DRUNK...
Yes he was an alchoholic, but NO he wasnt a drunk driver...
