There are too many variables to ask and have answered to tell you if anyone in the fam is eligible for "welfare." You don't mention if you are talking about food stamps, cash aid or what. It also depends on the state you are in.
In northern cali, if there are 2 full time working parents, there is no eligibility to the family. If the working adults are not the parents, the child would get 378.00 (Cash aid) in the northern county that I live in.
The 2 adult college people are not eligible to cash aid. They are eligible to food stamps, but it depends on the income and resources in the household and which if any are exempt from being counted in the budget.

Welfare is inherently NOT reasonable. 4 adults an 1 teen should be able to provide for themselves.

Each state actually uses a computer program to determine this, so it is fair to everyone. It will vary based on the income and other dependents of each parent. The report is called a disomaster, which I am certain I am not spelling right.

Go to any local family attorney or better still local child support enforcement agency, they have a list and can estimate from that how much should be paid. Best of luck.

It relies upon the place you reside and the quantity of each and every be sure's earnings. each and each state has their very very own selection as to what's suitable financial help for their section. in lots of circumstances it has to do with possibilities of the adjusted gross blended earnings, which i think of is honest. If a be sure earns seventy 5% of the blended earnings, s/he ought to pay seventy 5% of the newborn help. some issues that fluctuate the gross earnings comprise state and federal earnings taxes and the fee of the federal dependency exemption.

Why would you have to estimate this? It varies by state and the court will usually determine what it is...
