REALLY tired of NIH alleged-Engineers who don't like anything they didn't invent personally or can't solve themselves. 140,000 of America's Finest could be sucking oil out of ANWR by the boat load in a month. They don't have any reason to make it more difficult than it is to ensure high pay and job security, unlike civilian "Engineers" ALWAYS do.

"Can't" means "Won't"
"Economically Unfeasible" means "money is more important. Just let the soldiers keep dying"

You and E. F. Schumacher both are out of touch with reality.
Both plans are economically unprofitable and just a waste of resources.
