It isn't fair to stereotype all famous people. Many have donated time and money to the movement to save our planet. In a way, we "average" people often listen to celebrities rather than each other. They also have access to the media and to influential people and we don't. So, there's some good happening from their efforts. Anyone and anything helps in this struggle and we shouldn't criticize them when they do or say good things.
