The Amercian people want us out of the war and that is why Ron Paul's stance to march right out is popular with Republicans and Democrats.

Sure, it could be an advantage, but this isn't something that he's decided just for political purposes. He argued against going into Iraq in the first place, because he wanted us to focus on getting bin Laden, who very obviously was NOT in Iraq.

To the person who complained about the Marque and Reprisal bill, are you under the impression that international treaties void out our Constitution? Do you really think that the world leaders would be upset if we got out of Iraq and just focused on bin Laden instead? Don't be ridiculous.

Oh, and the last answerer who says he wants kids smoking crack, that's utterly false and ridiculous. Make stuff up, though, because it's easier than addressing the issues for real.

It doesn't matter. The choice for next President has most likely already been chosen. It is too critical a time to wait until the election to decide who will take over next. You can be sure it won't be Ron Paul. No matter how popular he becomes he would not be chosen. He doesn't agree with the elites plan.

Ron Paul also promised to issue letters of marque and reprisal (a power granted to Congress, not the president), even though privateering is banned by international treaty.

Personnally I think that Ron Paul is a kook.

Ron Paul is 100% right about Iraq, but he is also a Libertarian who would make it legal for your children to smoke crack. He is not a serious candidate though, so no other candidate is going to waste their time on him.

the problem is that anytime a candidate caves to poltical correctness over what is right, he doesnt deserve the office. i believe the phrase is you lie down with dogs and you get fleas.
