somewhat.........I live in the midwest so the hurricanes aren't a problem and since I live nowhere near the rivers and creeks we would need about 17 feet of rain for me to get flooded. But if a tornado hits it would take my emergency kit with it.
I do have some items stored together just in case though.

Yes, I stay prepared for whatever may come our way. I have a complete first aid kit, Propane cook stove, radio, flashlights, extra batteries, and I try to have everything we would need in case of a major storm. I always have plenty of food and water too. Very important.

Not for hurricanes as I live in England and don't really expect them but I do have torches and battery lights in case of power cuts and a first aid kit always full.
I really feel for those of you who experience extreme weather and pray all in the line of Dean stay safe.

I was just reading about Hurricane dean and how much damage it has caused. I am about 65 miles from the Atlantic Ocean, but anyone can have very bad weather. I am going to have a kit put together just in case. Thanks for the heads up!

I don't have to worry about floods but it's getting close to hurricane season. I guess I'm prepared as I'll ever be.

Yes, I have an emergency pack. I usually replenish the gallons of bottled water every 3 months or so. I have canned food on hand, and always have extra cat food for the cats.

I don't have a kit...but I have an area in my small house where important items can be grabbed and quickly stuffed into a travel bag.

I'm down in florida right now and I'm not really caring about the flood/hurricane.....
Honestly I hope it hits so I can go home sooner.
