My brother used to smoke too much but 2 years back, he decided to quite smoking, but it took more than a year, for him to quite smoking

Quit smoking what first off? lol.
I've quit smoking cigarettes because I am pregnant but I didn't smoke for very long anyways, only a little over a year. I don't plan to ever start again. It's disgusting.

i QUIT as soon as i found out i was pregnant with my baby girl..id never risk the health of my unborn baby...and i dont plan on starting back up again..it was easy to quit since i had an important reason too..sometimes i actually have dreams that im smoking!

Me 8 months ago. Never put another cancer stick to my lips since. Yes, the withdral was tough. At this point I no longer miss it.

i was chain smoking but i took those new tablets and now i,m on 1 a day
