I would say winnning 300 games. Look at how many players have reached 500 Hrs and 3000 hits, compared to 300 wins. I think only 3 pitchers have done that in the last 20 years.

Wins are harder to come by than wins so 300 wins is the answer... esp. now with HRs being hit so much more often.

300 games. Its not only you. You have to have a good offense behind you. When batters put the ball in play you have no tell of what happens. 500 home runs and 3000 hits are achievments which are only about you.

These days, it's 300 wins. As to 3,000 hits or 500 HRs, both are easier than before because of sport's medicine and health being better than ever. Probably, 500 HRs is a tad easier with the juiced up ball, but if you look beyond the handful of players with 400 or more, there aren't too many sure fire 500 HR guys, so time will tell.
