That is a really good question and I know that this is going to sound lame but getting a "hobby" helps....if you aren't in the mood for a movie, computer game, etc. I am not a teenager -- I'm much older and people told me when i was a teenager that I should get a hobby and NOW that I know how much fun it is --- and it is MY OWN -- a part of me and no one else, it's pretty cool. Hang out at a craft shop and just look around --- there is SOOOOOO MUCH to do to keep busy....

Yep. Get up and go outside. Strike up a conversation with someone. Take a trip to the Animal Shelter. You dont have to adopt a pet-but it's lots of fun just to look at them and pet them. Go to the park. Bring a blanket and some water. Look at the trees and the sky and say a word of thanks that you can breathe and walk and talk. If that doesnt work, find a homeless person and take them to lunch. Find out how they got to that stage in their lives and once more-thank goodness it's not you.

Try reading a book, or the local paper to see what's going on,if you go to church become more active, volunteer for church committees,volunteer at local hospitals somewhere you will meet new friendsand become more involved ask your bf over for dinner, go for a drive, go bowling,go to the library,visit a sibling, or invite them over to visit you,do anything except ask questions like that
