FREE E-card websites?

Question

I am looking for a FREE E-card website to send to family across the blue pond.
Are there any more (s-h-h-h-h!) "Free" websites out here that will allow me to compose, edit and send Birthday E-cards?
His 52nd birthday is coming on Aug 21, so a snail-mail card is far too late by now.
