how long does it take for a female betta after spawning to produce more eggs?

Depends on the quality of her living conditions and on the quality of her diet.
Keep her water pristine(very frequent small water changes and siphoning of the tank bottom).
Try to acquire live foods for her,or(not nearly as good) frozen foods.
Try researching live fish foods.

I would give her at least 4-6 weeks, before spawning her again

That means 2-4 weeks for healing and another 2 weeks to condition her properly again

about 30 days it does matter what u feed it u now
