Will these upgrades work?

Question

I want to upgrade my emachines and I want to know if all these parts would fit and work.

Current computer

Yes, not really, and bad idea.

The video card is fine, the only met requirement is PCI-E 16x.
The ram, might not work because of its speed. Emachines has 533Mhz Ram listed, the stuff you want to buy would be of that speed or one step higher (hoping that it will be compatible). Because you are doing an upgrade, you want more than 450W of power. You can get pretty cheap power supply of the 500W+ range.

The video card will work. Not sure about the power supply because there's no specs on it at the e-machine site. If it says ATX or is the normal size it should fit. If you dont plan on upgrading any more the PSU will do fine as it has 2 20amp +12V rails which is more that a lot of 430 watters have. Concern is the ram. it doesn't show support for 5300:
way to find out about the ram is to go here while on the puter in question and click "scan my system" and see if one of the upgrades shows 2 sticks of 1GB of 5300. if it does it should work.

Great upgrade! 945G chipset typically supports up to ddr2 667 (PC2 5300). BUT sometimes motherboard makers only implement up to PC2 4200 support. If this is the case with your e machine, it will just downclock the PC2 5300.
