I know I'm answering this late and it might not get noticed at all but I wanted to speak up for all the guys who would never dream of cheating. I think they have a voice that has not been heard.
When I think of the subject of cheating I think of broken promises. He made a promise of love or affection and then blatantly broke that promise. It is not just the cheating that bothers me it's the broken promise that bothers me more.
Personally, I never have cheated, not even a little. If I make a promise, ANY PROMISE that is my word and the bond I live by, too many young people today do not understand that concept anymore.
I don't have friends that cheat nor would I ever be able to trust a friend that did cheat.
My best friend was in an abusive relationship once (He was a guy and she hit HIM a lot) He met another woman one evening and they really seemed to hit it off. I stopped him by the bar and said: "If your going to do what I think your going to do, you need to end it with XXX first" He was mad at the time, but he did it. Now he is in a very strong relationship and has no reason to be guilty.
So the long and short of the answer for you is NO. He wont think about it, because he is a liar, a promise breaker and a thief of affection. Real men will "Man Up" no matter how much it hurts.

No, because he is male. And he will talk trash about the ex with the new girl and prove to the new girl that he did everything he could to help the relationship, but she's obviously a psycho freak! He'll also buy the new woman an engagement ring with the lawsuit money he'll win because she carved her name into his truck! That's rather blatant guilt there. :P No need for fingerprinting. And she'll forever hate herself for wasting time overreacting over an obvious loser and causing herself loads further damage because she just couldn't let go. Ladies, please! Being hurt by a cheater is NOT the way to go. Seeking revenge is NOT the satisfaction you want. Moving on, finding yourself, and becoming the happiest you can is the worst "revenge" you can give to a guy. Fake it til you make it. Act like he doesn't mean anything and he's no loss. He'll hate it. And you'll find after time passes that it becomes true. You really will try to figure out what on earth you saw in him if you give yourself some space from him.

Love that song!
which is odd, since she mostly country, and i never listen to country...But htat song rocks.
"Dug my key into the side of his pretty little suped up 4 wheel drive,
Carved my name into his leather seat...
I took a Louisville slugger to both head lights,
And slashed a hole in all 4 tires...
...maybe next time he'll think, before he cheats..."

Probably not...But:
I might've saved a little trouble for the next girl,
Cause the next time that he cheats...
Oh, you know it won't be on me!

If he's done it before, he will do it again. Leave him before he leaves you for someone else.
My answer? No, he does not think, that's the problem.
